The meeting was called to order at 3:54 PM by Jill Renfro. Trustees present were: Shirley Martin, Carolyn Moore, Beverly Mueller, Jill Renfro, Regional Director - Jennifer Gillihan, Library Director- Ceil Pomphrey, and Assistant Library Director - Adora Carty.
